Hipster Vacuum-
This unit fits comfortably around your waist while resting on your hips for maximum efficiency with minimum strain. The Sandia Hipster is available in 4 models. The DP Hipster is the standard 802 watt, 112 cfm complete with padded hip belt, tool kit and dump out 6 quart bag. The Super Hipster is an upgraded version of the DP with a 1340 watt motor and 150 cfm. The HEPA Hipster uses the same motor and specs as the Super Hipster with the added feature of HEPA filtration for those critical needs. The last Hipster available in the Hipster line is a 220 Hipster for Cruise ship voltage and European current. All machines come with standard tool kit with various attachments, wand and hose.

The Raven 10 & 6 quart back pack vacuums
from Sandia are built like none other. Both units are uniquely designed to
allow maximum airflow around the vac motor which in turn greatly prolongs the
life of the vac motor. No other back pack on the market has this design.
The differences between the 6 quart and the 10 quart are really the capacity and
the lid styles. The 10 quart has a latch style lid with the hose threaded
in and glued to the lid, the 6 quart model has a twist lock style lid where the
hose cuff is held to the lid by friction fit. Both units utilize the same
basic frame and size and are priced closely. The one piece roto-molded
frame with back brace allows this unit to be extremely tough and lightweight.
The most common item to fail on competitive models (i.e. ProTeam) is the back
brace that is a separate piece pop riveted to the main frame. This will
never happen on the Raven. The Raven also carries an industry leading 5
year vac motor warranty and a 10 year frame warranty.
