How Does It Work?

The consignment process is very simple; you email us a detailed description (manufacturer, model, condition, price, location of equipment "city and state with zip only").  We will list the equipment on this page with all of your information on your equipment.

When a customer sees your equipment and wants to inquire about purchasing it, they will use our email link that sends there inquiry right to your email account.  It is your responsibility to contact that person and negotiate price and shipping.

You must provide us with a valid email account to forward your inquiries to.

Why Use Regal Equipment's Page?

We pay for the internet marketing that brings industry specific customers to our site to give your equipment the optimal exposure.  We put customers in contact with you via a direct link on our website to your email account next to your item for sale. This allows you to do the negotiating and outline your terms.  We also don't charge a percentage like most auction sites, we charge a flat fee, no matter how much your machine sells for.

How Do You Ship Equipment Once It's Sold?

Since you probably don't do a whole lot of shipping; common carriers such as Roadway, Bullet Freight or CNF won't give you any discounts to use them as your carrier.  We use Yellow Trucking logistics for any freight over 150 lbs.  They use their buying power to get your goods shipped at a very competitive rate.  Any packages under 150 lbs. I would suggest using Fed Ex or a local UPS authorized shipper.

How Long Is The Online Listing Good For?

We list your equipment for 6 months.  After 6 months you can re-list that same equipment for an additional fee.

What does it cost?

Buyers pay us absolutely nothing.  Sellers pay us on a graduating scale for listing their equipment.

1  -  4 machines    $30.00 per machine listed

5  - 10  machines    $25.00 per machine listed

11 or more machines    $20.00 per machine listed

Any machine that you want re-listed after 6 months is $15.00

The re-listing is good for an additional 6 months and can then be re-listed again for $15 for another 6 months continually.

What If We Have Multiple Units That Are The Same Type Of Machines?

Let's say your company wants to sell 85 Sanitaire vacuums.  We will charge 8% of your asking price of each vacuum. Example: 85 vacs at $100.00 each would come to $8500.00.  We would charge 8% of $8500.00 which would be $680.00.  If we charged you for 85 machines at $20.00 per machine, it would cost you $1700.00, this way you can save a tremendous amount of money.
